I am a retired veteran living in GA who elected TaxResults.com (TR) to help me with a tax problem.  This was in October of 2011.  In October of 2013, TR acknowledge that they were unable to help and informed me that a refund of my $1500 fee was being sent to me.  It is now 4 1/2 months later with numerous phone calls and emails, specifically to one Brad Patrick, but nothing ever happens.  Can anyone help with this apparent disregard of TR's guarantee?  Thank you!
