Local Students Participate in 13th Annual AT&T/MACUL Student Technology Showcase
State Representative Anthony Forlini (pictured, right, rear) greets students from Erie Elementary School in Clinton Township who participated in the 13th annual AT&T/MACUL Student Technology Showcase held October 23 at the State Capitol Building in Lansing. Students are (from left) Christopher Frontiero, Celia Manauis, Jenna Forester and John Jeffers. Also pictured is teacher Vicki Meyers. The school was one of nearly 35 elementary, middle and high schools statewide that participated in the event, whose purpose is to show elected members of the Michigan State Senate and House of Representatives how technology is being used in the classroom to enhance student achievement. AT&T, Technology Readiness Infrastructure Grant, and Michigan Association for Computer Users in Learning (MACUL) sponsor the event.
