Former "Robusto's Martini Lounge" owners open "Stray Cat Lounge" in Clinton Township

Scott and Jackie Baumgart handled the ribbon cutting scissors and were joined in the festivities for their  grand opening by Clinton Township officials including Supervisor Bob Cannon, Clerk Kim Meltzer, Trustee Ken Pearl, Planning & Development Director Carlo Santia, Sterling Heights Regional Chamber Directors and Ambassadors, along with family and friends. Following the success they experienced at their former "Rubusto's Martini Lounge" in Grosse Pointe Woods, the Baumgarts wanted to bring their expertise and love for the business to a new location and chose this great new spot in Clinton Township. "The Stray Cat Lounge celebrates the Martini, Cigars and Live Music and features many Michigan products, vendors and Musicians." They offer a fine selection of wines by the glass or bottle, champagne, signature specialty cocktails and martinis, a variety of single malt Scotches and Bourbon, craft beer, 20 taps, coffee drinks, delicious gourmet small plates and tasty desserts, as well as a selection of fine smoking cigars. The beautifully decorated upscale and comfortable lounge features large HD TVs playing sports and music videos, an air purification system, premium sound system Wi-Fi and friendly staff. They will also offer carry out beer and wine with a special catering license so they can bring their Stray Cat Lounge experience right to your home or work party, for a "Special Night to Remember." Located at 48013 Garfield (southwest corner 18/Garfield) with plenty of parking, contact them at (586) 741-8544, and visit them on the web at www.thestraycatlounge.com.
