“When items are available online people think that there are unlimited quantities available,” Jamie Morris, the community relations specialist for the Clinton-Macomb Public Library said in a press release. “But, eBooks are just like regular, physical books. We can only purchase so many copies and when they’re checked out, we start a holds queue.”

The Clinton-Macomb Public Library has three branches: the Main Library is located at 40900 Romeo Plank Rd. in Clinton Township; the South Branch is located at 35891 S Gratiot Ave. in Clinton Township; and the North Branch is located at 16800 24 Mile Rd. in Macomb Township.
