The launch of ConnectedLiving at Sterling Woods began with a wonderful, warm welcome from Executive Director, Kellie Stafford. Ninety eight year old George Lacharite won a gift card for celebrating the most birthdays in the room. He was excited to see the new digital display sign in the lobby that included the day’s activities, weather and meals for the upcoming week.  Morale was high as resident Marilyn Blum spoke about her experience with technology and how beneficial this program will be for the residents at Sterling Woods.

While some residents "Got Connected" over appetizers and cake, others signed up for classes with trainer Caitlin Hogan and took turns sitting at the computer desk in the living room for a sneak peak of the ConnectedLiving Network! Resident Bob Pafenbach is looking most forward to having ConnectedLiving help him learn to Skype with his brother-in-law on the west coast.
